Matija Kahne is a managing partner of Podjed, Kahne & Partners. He has corporate and transactional experience with an emphasis on capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has vast experience in advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions and investments, joint ventures and other corporate matters. His practice additionally focuses on the tax aspects of complex business transactions and reorganizations, with a particular concentration on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy restructurings.
